The owners of this condo wanted to freshen it up in preparation to rent it out. To give it a more current look we changed the current peach toned walls to a warm grey colour. There were some existing darker brown accent walls in the dining area and the master bedroom and on the fireplace. We lightened them up and used a grey a few shades darker than the rest of the walls. We did a fair amount of patching and sanding to get the walls looking their best again. The condo looks refreshed, modern and ready to rent!
