This modular home was well overdue for painting. The green hardie board siding had badly faded and some of the trim paint was flaking and peeling. Most of the caulking was extremely shrunk, cracked or gone altogether.
The owner was ready for a colour change. After looking at some of the elements on the house it was decided that the siding would be painted gray. We chose a warm gray to work well with the tones of the rock work and roof shingles and it also works with the slightly darker gutters and downspouts. A bright white was picked for the trim work, overhead garage door and other exterior doors so that it gave a sharp contrast with the gray body.
What a radical transformation, it looks like a new house!
