The owners purchased this home in the North end of Nanaimo due to it’s beautiful views. They did a major remodeling of the interior that included new flooring, doors and trim work throughout the house. The bathrooms and kitchen were completely redone.
This is one of many homes they have renovated over the years and they continue to use a colour palette that they like. The walls are a butter pecan colour and the trim work and doors are tinted to white with a slight yellow undertone. The only room that was done differently was a soft pink bedroom for their daughter. The owner later had us do some additional painting on the newly installed exterior trim work.
