The new owners of this house decided after living in it for a while that the yellow walls were not working for them. They hired us to repaint with a set of colours that were more suitable for their furnishings. They chose a lighter and darker version of a colour that decorators call greige, it’s a combination of beige and grey.
The two colours were used below and above the chair rail and the lighter colour was carried through to the areas without the chair rail. It completely changed the feeling of the space, it gave the home an instant update. The new colours work better with their furniture and look great with the flooring.
