The new owners of this vacation rental property wanted to have it in tip top shape before starting to rent it out. The walls were previously painted yellow. The new owners wanted a colour that would create a more calm feeling. Since the property is within walking distance to the ocean they were going to redecorate in a beach style theme and wanted the colour to work well with it. The colour chosen for the walls was Crown Point Sand, which does resemble the colour of sand. It will work well with the owners beach decorating theme they are planning to do. The colour has enough depth to hold up to being a rental property, yet it’s light enough to keep the unit bright and airy feeling.

The unit is a rental property and like many rentals the walls can take quite a beating. We did a lot of patching to make them look good again.
