We did a complete repaint of this two story home. It didn’t receive a very thorough painting when it was first built. The siding and trim work had areas that were not fully coated with paint. The front and one side were badly in need of re-painting due to the harsh sunlight they receive. The original trim work and front porch rails and spindles were a subtle brown that appeared too washed out in comparison to the siding. The homeowners choose a bit darker brown for the trim to give more contrast, the house body was re-done in a colour similar to the original colour. We painted the front door and surrounding trim in an even darker brown to make it stand out. It looks great now that it’s all freshly painted.
