The couple that purchased this home had a window of time to do a bit of renovating and painting prior to moving in. They pulled a lot of the flooring on the main floor and gutted the basement to put in a suite for one of their parents to move into.
We came in and painted before they put in the new flooring and prior to the kitchen cabinets being installed in the basement suite. They decided to go with a warm grey colour and white trim and doors. It helped modernize the house from the look of the previous pink, blue and purple walls. They plan to do more improvements after the move in.
